Job description: R&A Restaurants Ltd. o/a Copper Kettle Restaurant & OHanlons located on 1953 Scarth Street, Regina, SK S4P 2H1 is currently looking for Four (4) Cooks. Candidates should have minimum six months experience in cooking dishes in a restaurant. Pay will be $14.00 – $15.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a permanent full time position with minimum 40 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time for this position. Some of the duties of the cook are:
– Preparing menu food items
– Portion food, make special food order on guest’s request
– Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
– Work with minimal supervision
– Give instructions to kitchen helpers and other junior staff in the kitchen
– Ensure to follow health and safety guidelines
