Job description: Gulberg Tandoor and Donair at ‘12578-72’ Ave in Surrey, BC is hiring a Cook for a full – time & permanent position.
Job duties would be
· To set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies,
· To cook various Indian & Pakistani dishes such as Veg and non-veg tikka, Kebabs, etc.
· Stock inventory appropriately,
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
· To comply with nutrition and sanitation/hygiene regulations,
· Schedule, supervise and train kitchen helpers
· Determine size of food portions,
· Clean up station and track & report food waste issue
Minimum work of 40 hrs./week will be given. Salary of $ 23.00/hr will be given. Minimum experience of 2 years or more as a cook is required. No formal education is required.
