Job description:

• Managing the entire construction schedule of a luxury custom home * Collaborating with engineers, architects, sub-contractors to determine the specifications of the project * Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements * Reviewing the project in-depth to determine if everything is done according to plan * Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction * Resolving any issues or delays * Update project schedule daily * Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
