Job description:

• Project management for luxury custom made house – Schedule, budget, cost estimates and cash flow etc. * In charge of luxury house renovation, and new build construction * Site supervision * Looking for proper subcontractors for luxury custom made house and concrete condo development * Obtain quotes from all suppliers and sub-trades * Review all quotes and provide input, review, and consultation to obtain their approvals * Prepare and issue contracts with all suppliers and sub-trades, ensuring insurance, WSIB clearance, and other documentation is clearly provided * Quality control * Demonstrate strong budget development and oversight skills * Demonstrate strong problem prevention and customer service skills. * Have excellent time, project management, and interpersonal skills. * Update project schedule daily. * Implement and monitor all suppliers and sub-trades for onsite coordination, quality, schedules, completeness, and safety Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. * Manage and supervise the construction team over the full life-cycle of custom made house project. * Establish best practice process and standard for development and home construction delivery; * Set up the construction management policy and procedures; * Developing the programmed of work and strategy for making the project happen including planning, budgeting, master and detailed scheduling; * Manage and supervise the construction team over the full life-cycle of development project; * Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example. planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials: resolve any emerging ones; * Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses; * Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, construction contract administrator, estimators, and surveyors before construction work starts; * Onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations; * Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to; MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
