Job title: Customer Service Representative & Covid Screener, $18/hr
Job description: Our client, a medical facility in The Village area of Toronto is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative/Screener for their company. This is a part-time position, greeting walk-ins/visitors and administering the basic Covid screening questions and answering general questions. The initial contract is for a 1month period but may extend for as long as Covid is a viable concern.
Responsibilities:
- Screen all persons wishing to enter the facility for symptoms of COVID-19 using a standardized screening tool
- Maintain flow at the entrance ensuring everyone entering the location is screened
- Ensure hand sanitization and distribute masks according to mask distribution guidelines
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate would be a pleasant customer focused individual who is sensitive to working at a health center that caters to the LGBT2SQ community, new comers to Canada and the homeless.
Job Type: Contract, 3 months, 20 Hours per week
Salary: $18.00 Per Hour
