· Responsible to secure ground transportation for all Inbound / Outbound Shipments
· Evaluate & Assign cost effective mode (TL, LTL, Rail)
· Track all Customer Deliveries & Communicate any delays to appropriates Customer, Sales Associate/CSR
· Schedule pick & delivery appts both internally and externally
· Manage carrier performance
· Update all relative freight fields in P21 (Pick Up Date/Time; Delivery Date/Time, Status, Freight Costs)
· Verify and approve accessorial charges, carrier invoices
· Experience with Load Link, MS Office, excel an asset
