Job Summary:
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic food server to provide a memorable dining experience for our guests. The food server will maintain a positive and respectful relationship with team members, engage with guests in a professional, dignified manner, and inform management of potential service and product issues before they arise. You will perform opening duties to prepare for service, and closing duties at the end of your shift.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide service of food and beverages to guests
Serve guests in a prompt and courteous manner
Up-sell and provide the ultimate guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Support other service team members; includes greeting and seating guests and resetting tables
Required Qualifications and Abilities
Serving It Right Certificate required
Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant environment
Possess excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Personable, friendly and outgoing
High energy and strong work ethic
Working Conditions
Hours of Operation are weather dependent. Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule. Work schedules may include a variety of start times, including shifts on weekends and statutory holidays. Shifts require standing for long periods of time, lifting, twisting, and other forms of manual tasks.
