We are currently hiring Painters and Crew Managers for the summer of 2021. Both positions are full-time summer jobs, and can lead to future promotion opportunities within the company. We have been operating in Nanaimo for the past 20 years, and have a young, vibrant culture that enjoys hard work, but also strives to create a work environment that is fun and fulfilling. No previous experience with painting is necessary, as we provide you with extensive training!

Painter: This role is a fun and physical position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money over the summer. The ideal individual is hard-working, coachable and has effective communication skills.

Crew Manager: In addition to painting, you would gain experience in leadership and would run a crew of 2-3 people. Ask to be considered for this if you feel you may be a good fit.

Qualifications and Skills

• No previous work experience is required for this position; it is a fantastic entry level position, as you will learn valuable career skills while making good money.
• Able to work full-time throughout the majority of the summer
• Although a vehicle is not required, you must have your own means of reliable transportation to- and from- job sites.
• Manual labor and ladder work required.
• Physical ability to work outside during the summer & move equipment.
• Attention to detail and finishing projects thoroughly in the highest quality
• Positive attitude, and commitment to the position
