We are looking for solid Men and Women to join our painting team! We pay amazing and we offer secure, well managed, covid-19 friendly work. Painting experience or not, you can earn a great wage here. No experience, and starts at 20$/hr, ones with experience start at $22/hr/

Responsibilities and Duties

– Fast-paced, fun environment
-Hands-on experience in customer service and communication
-Work outdoors with a crew of 2-3 people
-Working with friends is encouraged, so apply together if you wish
-Training is provided; therefore, no experience is necessary!
-All positions are full-time hourly jobs and can lead to future promotion opportunities within the company.

Position Description:

Painter: This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience in a valuable trade and make good money over the summer. The ideal individual is hard-working, coachable, have effective communication skills, and enjoys working in a team environment.

Crew Manager: In addition to painting, in this role, you would gain experience in leadership and would run a crew of 2-3 people. Ask to be considered for this if you feel you may be a good fit.

Qualifications and Skills

– Able to work full-time throughout the majority of the summer
-Must have own transportation (Jobsite locations change frequently) (Still apply if you don’t – as vehicles are provided sometimes)
-Able to do Manual labor and ladder work required.
-Positive attitude
-Coachable
-At most professionalism and politeness

Benefits and Perks

Benefits:

-Starting rate dependent on experience. Starts at $18/hr for training painters.After 2 weeks is $20/hr.
-Raises based on proven skill after the start date.
-Bonuses will depend on performance and the criteria established by the Manager. Bonuses can range from $400-$2200 depending on the position taken.
