Job description: Randstad is hiring for one of our most exciting clients in Concord, ON and we want you to be part of our team!
We’re currently seeking employees as Window Assemblers / General Labour Associates on our Day Shift and are hiring with the intention to begin as soon as possible.
Ask yourself:

Do you like working with manual/semi-automatic hand tools?
Do you have an interest in assembling and building things?
If you’ve answered yes to any/all of these questions, this may be the exact opportunity you’ve been looking for!
The Assembler is responsible for window assembly and any other duties as required.

Alternative Shifts Available:
Days: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 6 pm
Nights: Monday to Thursday 7:30 pm to 6 am (night shift premium)
Weekends: Friday to Sunday 7:30 am to 8 pm (4-hour bonus for working 3 consecutive days)

Responsibilities
Training/ ongoing support provided for all responsibilities.:
Assembly and packaging of windows and window components
Basic reading skills
Read a Tape Measure – Metric and Standard
Operate Hand Tools; Screw Gun, Drills, and tools
Cleaning of assembled frame
Other general duties as required by the Manager / Supervisor / Lead Hand
Qualifications
Operate manual or semi-automatic hand tools
Ability to use a tape measure
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment is desired but not necessary.
Summary
Training and ongoing support will be provided for all job duties. If you do not have the experience but are willing to learn – we would love to hear from you.
