Job description: Position Title: General Labour Production
Working on assembling products, maintaining workstations clean, cleaning equipment, tagging products, preparing for shipment and following safety guidelines. Controlling and adjusting machine settings, feeding parts into the semi-automated machines, inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.

Our client is a supplier of high quality, high volume precision-machine which assembles automotive parts.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This company offers a wide range of growth opportunities in the fields of General Labour Production to Team Lead.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The operator is required to carry out routine, tasks under the direction of the production supervisor or leadhand. The operator may be required to lift materials/parts ranging from 0-20 lbs (depending on process) and is exposed regularly to elements such as temperature and noise.
Ability to understand and follow direction and work safely in a manufacturing setting.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Manually loading parts into press machine
- Trimming of any potential flash
- Assessing Quality of the part as per Company guidelines
- Packaging parts accordingly as per requirements
- Stacking of completed parts onto skid (15-20lbs)
- Relieving of other operators as required
- Entering daily production counts(DPR) and completing Associate Traveler
- Maintaining the workstation in a clean, safe and orderly condition
- Standing for extended periods is required
- Able to lift up to 20lbs
- Shift work may be required
- Company is not on a bus route
COMPENSATION
- $16.00 to $20.00 based on experience.
