Primary Job Functions

• General repairs and maintenance of the building, weed removal, sweeping, clearing the parking lot, shoveling snow, and clearing ice
• Assist with truck lot maintenance
• Other projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Proven ability of maintaining a clean and organized workplace
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Ability to work in a physical capacity including heavy lifting and using hand tools
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
