Job description: JJ’s Kitchen is an exciting new concept opening in the picturesque community of Eagle Harbour in West Vancouver. Our newly designed space will be warm and inviting with positive energy! Upscale casual dining will be offered in our dining room, patio and bar surrounded by lush gardens. We are actively recruiting a General Manager to assist with the restaurant’s opening and lead our team. We are looking for a General Manager who is passionate about customer service. You excel in a fast-paced workplace and have an eye for detail. You value connection; to our food and beverage – where it comes from and
how it is made, and to our people – the ones that work here and the ones that visit us. quality, consistency, and going above and beyond for our guests and our team.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years at a General Manager level
● Dynamic personality
● Calm under pressure
● A problem solver, someone that comes to the table with solutions
● Excellent communicator

● Displays a well-rounded understanding of hospitality management from both a “mechanics” and “engagement” perspective

equity, and being a part of a new business creating an exciting and inclusive company culture
● Exhibits a genuine love of great food and beverage with exceptional service
● Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on
business needs
● Experience in a new restaurant opening considered an asset
● Accredited wine education considered an asset
● Proficient computer skills including but not limited to: POS, inventory software, excel and word
