Join our Human Resources team and be part of making us the best place to work in the Okanagan! We are seeking someone with a positive outlook, a can-do attitude, and fantastic people and communication skills. Generally, you will provide administrative assistance, administer and respond to questions on benefits and pension for staff, update employee changes, report on spending and other statistics. Support the Compensation & Benefits team in relation to disability and return to work management.

Contribute to our strongly collaborative, diverse team and provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients. You have related experience and knowledge of HR best practices, with post- secondary education in human resources, HR software systems, business and/or finance. You like using computers & systems effectively, are detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter and enjoy people.

Help Kelowna become a City of the Future! This exempt position offers an hourly salary range of $26.00 to $29.00, in addition 14% in lieu of vacation, statutory holidays, and fringe benefits.
