Job description: Express SRG is recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager for a top construction client in London area. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities (Not limited to: )

• Provide direction, support to all site managers, supervisors and foremen.
• Support to the project by regular site visits.
• Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the HS&E programs·
• Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately.
• Participate in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause and corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare for, and participate in audits such as ISO, COR and or Owner audits.
• Coordinate regular meetings with project safety team to review issues, trends.
• Other duties as required.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 Year Health and Safety field experience in construction.
• Occupational Health and safety Degree, Diploma or certificate,
• CRSP would be an asset.
• Experience with ISO, ISO Auditing and COR would be an asset.
• Application to demonstrate risk assessment.
• Tech savvy; Proficiency in Microsoft office applications·
