The purpose of this role is to provide superior customer service to guest and employee requests within the housekeeping team as well as delivering great experiences both internally and externally. You will also maintain Lost and Found, oversee office/lunchroom supplies and stock.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Provide superior customer service to external guests and internal co-workers to ensure a smooth daily operation
- Be an ambassador for the resort, constantly live the core competencies while Delivering Great Experiences to Guests and Co-Workers
- Answer telephones in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
- Generating reports for the department
- Ensuring department is set up for daily operation (VIP gifts, special requests, etc).
- General administrative duties: filing, answering phones and directing calls, updating computer system, tracking employee devices and keys.
- Daily preparation of staff workloads and room attendant assignments.
- Manage and organize lost and found; respond to guest inquiries within 24hrs.
- Manage system requirements with regards to Housekeeping; includes leading Cenium initiatives/training, Ipod management
- Assist with ordering supplies and stock for the Lunchroom
- Assist with organizing staff events and activities.
- Maintenance and updating of the Housekeeping software details.
- Continually focusing on improving processes and procedures
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous housekeeping experience an asset;
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong telephone/administrative and customer service experience;
- Strong computer skills and knowledge in MS Office.
