Job Summary
Now, if you were to come on board as our Human Resources Coordinator, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Coordinate and provide administrative support on all HR issues including, but not limited to, recruitment, HR orientation, training, employee and labour relations, and performance management
- Work closely with Payroll and Benefits department to address any benefits and compensation issues
- Assist our Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Assurance departments in ensuring units and associates adhere to the Company policies, as well as the Health & Safety and Quality Assurance provisions
- Provide support for Pay Equity and the Employee Equity Program
- Support the opening of new units by meeting with new Associates, explaining benefits and policies, and helping to complete all new hire paperwork

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge of current legislation in Employment Standards, Human Rights Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Highly motivated, energetic individual able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Readily adaptable to changing work priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible for occasional local travel as needed
