While a post-secondary education in the Human Resources field and previous experience working in food service or retail in a HR context is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.

Technical Requirements:
- Stays current with company people standards/policies/resources to enhance ability to provide leadership and maximize market results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Publisher, Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint

Working Conditions:
- Must be comfortable working in a variety of settings and locations (office/restaurant)
- Flexible schedule, must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel for work, must have a vehicle to and from various restaurant locations
