Job title: ICI Construction Project Manager – Greater Toronto Area

Job description: Our client is seeking an experienced ICI Construction Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet the required quality standards
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including design consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes
  • Monitor and control project costs, including preparation of project budgets, tracking expenses, and forecasting project costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded
  • Provide regular progress reports and conduct meetings with the project team and clients
  • Manage project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Ensure project safety and quality standards are adhered to

  • Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience as an ICI Construction Project Manager
  • Experience with large-scale Light & Heavy Industrial, Commercial, or Institutional construction projects

  • Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and regulations
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
  • Experience in contract administration, scheduling, and project management software
  • Capable of running your own project
