ABOUT THE POSITION

As a General adjuster in the BC Lower Mainland area, you will be resolving claims, conducting investigations, and managing large losses. Our client is seeking a proactive, communicative, and skilled problem solver. Travel may be required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Assess new losses and arrange meetings
• Investigate and evaluate damage and coverage
• Provide timely, clear client reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders
• Review policy coverage and handle correspondence
• Manage claims efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years’ commercial claims adjusting experience
• Must have or be able to obtain a BC Adjuster license
• Knowledge of the independent claims adjusting business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize
• Must be comfortable working long hours including weekends depending on client needs

COMPENSATION

• Earning potential of $100,000 to $180,000+ depending on billed hours
• 100% employer covered benefits package (excluding LTD and Short-term disability)

• Work mostly from home and visit client sites, no need to be in office
