The role: Sales Representative
Location: Greater Toronto area
Hybrid (1 day per week in office, 4 days on the road)
Our client is a family owned, wholly Canadian transportation courier that has been successfully in business for over 45 years. They are looking for an organized and personable sales professional to join the team. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for finding new business while also strengthening existing client relationships from Hamilton to Oshawa.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B outside sales in the logistics industry
- Proven experience managing a sales territory
- Patient and dedicated with strong relationship building skills
- Self starter with strong organization skills; able to create an autonomous action plan weekly
Compensation/benefits:
- Base salary range of $65k-$80k dependent on interview performance and experience
- Additional variable commissions of $20k, with uncapped potential
- $750/month vehicle allowance + $400/month gas allowance

- Vacation allowance starting at 3 weeks
