Our main office and yard are located just outside of Elmira, Ontario; a second office/yard is located in Toronto.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Landscape Foreperson to lead crews working in the GTA. In this role you will manage the installation of construction projects by determining the sequence of work, performing and delegating tasks to crew members to achieve on-time completion of projects. You will manage safety, quality and productivity of work at sites, plan labor requirements, equipment requirements and material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of job(s) within deadlines. You will provide crew members with onsite training in skills and methods of landscape installation in line with Earthscape S.O.P. and quality expectations. Additionally, you will coordinate subcontractors, and regularly communicate with clients to inform them of project progression and address concerns or requests. • Can effectively lead a crew of lead hands and crew members to install award-winning residential landscapes

Job Type: Full Time Seasonal

Compensation: $28-32/hour
