In Your New Role… * Directs and coordinates all on-site project related tasks * Works under direct supervision from the Project Foremen * Position requires excellent record keeping (time tracking and material usage) * Communicating openly and honestly * Works diligently toward building and maintaining a high level of quality * Follow and enforce company policies for all on-site personnel * Carrying out advance construction tasks, delegate responsibilities/follow-up * Position may include snow removal in addition to standard responsibilities in winter months What You Already Have: * Minimum 4 years of landscape construction experience (preference is given to those with prior supervisory experience) * Time management skills * Excellent communication skills * Excellent customer service * Equipment maintenance skills Strong working knowledge in the following areas of landscape construction, including: · Grading & drainage · Precast pavers and retaining wall layout and construction techniques · Concrete forming and finishing · Pond, river & fountain installation & maintenance · Natural Stone layout and constructions techniques · Basic knowledge of horticulture · Experience operating various types of equipment (skid steer and mini excavator are essential) What We Will Provide: · Uniform and PPE provided · Training – both on the job and personal development · Health Benefits package after three months · RRSP Contributions and matching · Profit Sharing · Paid Stat Holidays · Incentive Programs · Boot Allowance · Team Building and Company events · Seasonal and Full-Time employment options
