Our business partner is a law firm that specializes primarily in litigation. This firm has an excellent reputation and is recognized for having a team of seasoned litigators. It is a firm that cares about the well-being of its team and has adopted several concrete and avant-garde measures to promote the professional development of young people, as well as to facilitate the work / personal life balance. Our client is currently looking for a lawyer with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in construction litigation and wishing to participate in the expansion of the firm.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in a variety of litigation files and will have the opportunity to develop your practice by completing your files in their entirety.
YOUR ROLE:
Conduct files from start to finish, while assisting experienced attorneys in a variety of major cases;
Draft legal opinions and pleadings;
Establish strategies and manage various complex litigations;
Litigate before administrative and judicial tribunals;
Play a key role in the litigation department;
Collaborate with experienced attorneys.
PREREQUISITE :
Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in litigation, particularly in construction litigation;
Experience in trial advocacy;
Business acumen, leadership and good interpersonal skills.
