Our business partner, a firm well recognized in its field of practice, is currently seeking a lawyer with a minimum of 3-5 years of tangible experience in civil litigation. This firm is open to considering different levels of experience for its team.
This position provides an opportunity for an experienced professional to pursue a dynamic and challenging career while working in a firm that promotes a definite life balance.
PREREQUISITE
Experience of a minimum of approximately 3 to 5+ years in civil litigation and/or construction/real estate law;
Carry out diversified mandates related to the prevention and resolution of civil litigation and dispute resolution;
Draft complex legal opinions;
Play an advisory role with various stakeholders in the construction and real estate world;
Collaborate with experienced lawyers;
Represent a varied clientele of contractors and individuals;
Autonomous, organized and meticulous.
