A well-established distributor is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for their West-Island office. In this role, you will be managing the transportation, inventory management decisions, and delivery system of essential goods to sell to Canada and the United States. This role comes with full benefits (health, dental), a bonus annual plan and even a paid gym membership.
As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
– Coordinating and tracking shipments
– Processing and follow up on custom documentation
– Interacting with third party logistic providers (ocean carriers, forwarders, warehouses, truckers)
– Updating shipment information
– Executing other tasks as required
Qualifications:
– At least 1 year experience in logistics, purchasing or a related field
– Fluency in English (written/spoken)
– Good computer skills in Excel and SAP
– Team player who can work in an open and fast paced environment
– Well organized, able to multi-task, and attentive to details
