Labatt Brewery Limited, a company in the beer industry, is looking for its future Logistics Warehouse Operator to work in its Mississauga Warehouse.
SALARY: $17.52 per hour
SHIFT: Rotational Shifts(Every week): Mon to Friday
- Day shift: 7 am to 3pm
- Afternoon shift: 3pm to 11pm
Night Shift: Sunday to Friday- 11 pm to 6am.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Picking orders for clients including: The Beer Store, Duty Free America and several major Grocery chains
- Ensure that orders meet the technical and quality standards
- Manage and contribute to individual and group Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Combination of Safety, Quality & Productivity Measures.
- Standards and quota – required to be met, regarding number of cases picked per day * Loading and unloading trucks
- Receive product from the major breweries (London, Montreal, Edmonton, Halifax and Creston)
- Follow FEFO (First Expired/First Out) and other inventory policies
- Ship to customers in a timely manner
- Any other related tasks
YOUR PROFILE:
- Ability to participate in physical activities and manual labor as needed, including, but not limited to, prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds repetitively for a full shift.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (days from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and afternoons from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.); OR direct night shift from Sunday to Friday (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.).
- Forklift experience considered an asset, but not required
- High school diplomas considered an asset.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- A salary of $17.52 paid every 2 weeks
- 40h weeks on variable schedules (day, evening, weekend shifts)
- 2 weeks of paid vacation per year
