Experience

• Three to five years experience in a hospital record department; two of which were at a supervisory level.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

• Management education.

Certification/Licensure/Registration

• Qualified Health Records Administrator registered with the Canadian Health Record Association.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both oral and written.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
