Join Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre in Abbotsford, BC and be a part of a dynamic Mental Health and Substance Use Services team that facilitates individual care plans, individual or group programs and activities. This is your chance to work independently with our clients, providing expert care while executing our Team’s care plans.
In this position you will:
- Assist with personal care and/or activities of daily living •Provide observations of clients’ conditions to designated nursing staff •Facilitate participation in psychosocial rehabilitation activities •Accompany clients to offsite appointments
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a recognized Mental Health Care Worker program •Registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry (for your application to be considered; please include your registration number on your application) •Class 5 drivers license
