Role:

To provide analytical reporting and sales support to the National Healthcare Sales team and customers.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the National Healthcare Sales team in the daily management of Healthcare Account activities and requests.
  • Analyze, Monitor, and Report on assigned accounts product shortages and substitutions.
  • Analyze, interpret, and monitor delivery performance and fill rate on assigned accounts. Report results as needed to National Account Manager
  • Maintain customer’s product portfolio by coordinating product cuttings, item set up, product listings, monitoring, and reporting on inventory levels and slow-moving items.
  • Set up and monitor tracking of customer promotions, new menu launches, test products, etc.
  • Manage customer requests, including price verifications/discrepancies, velocity reports, inventory levels, and service concerns.
  • Direct customer connection to deliver reporting and support
  • Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.
  • Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their Supervisor.
  • Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you):

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analytical capacity.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Completion of a Certificate or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field or related work experience is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Thorough understanding of analytical tools (COGNOS etc.)
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the Sysco organization in a professional manner.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
