Job Description: The Public Health Nurse (PHN) provides services to the community, groups, families, and individuals. These services include components of health promotion, disease and injury prevention, health education, community development and facilitation of client services. This role will assist the COVID Case Investigator by providing initial notification to exposed persons (contacts) and ongoing monitoring and assessment of contacts, including contract tracing.

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Nursing

Experience:
One years public health nursing experience is preferred

Other:
– Current registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association
– Possession of a valid CPR Basic Life Support and Level C Certificate
– Possession of a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
