Job duties:
- Preparing and Record keeping of Invoices, reports, correspondence etc.
- Schedule work to maintain an even and steady flow.
- Coordinate with other employees for work schedules, open and distribute mails, e-mails.
- Providing a congenial work atmosphere.
- Co-ordinate and plan all office services.
- Maintain the minutes of meetings.
- Schedule important official meetings of clients with the employer.
- Take telephone calls and maintain the trailing work record.
- Manage with the manual and computerised filing system.
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair worn out machines.
- Organize and prioritize office tasks to fulfill all administrative requirements.
- Administer and compile weekly and monthly performance data and statistical reports.
Education & Experience:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A university degree or college diploma is an asset.
- 01 to less than 02 years of relevant experience is required.
