Hiring Unit:

Office of First Nation and Inuit Education

Position Summary:

Send instructors course preparation documents emails

Create blank forms (registration, instructor reports, course evaluations, etc.)

Respond to emails in the OFNIE email inbox

File course outlines

Follow-up with instructors and partners regarding missing documents

Collect registration forms

Collect course evaluations

Conduct expense reports

Provide admissions Support

Support Steering Committee Planning

Support graduation planning

Special, organization improvement project

Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 4 (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4

Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma 1 Year Related Experience

Hourly Salary: (AMUSE B) $18.00

Estimated Number of Work Hours per Week: 16 (Part time)

Position Start Date: 2024-01-29

Position End Date: 2024-04-30
