We are looking for a Part-Time Office clerck to work from 8:00-12:00, 20 hours/week at our Ottawa branch

Duties & Responsibilities:
– Receive goods in the computer system (Karmak)
– Follow up on purchases, invoicing, accounts receivable and cash balancing
– Payment of suppliers and deposits
– Perform various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.);
– Related tasks.

Under the hood
– Vocational diploma in office administration or accounting;
– Have 2 years experience in a similar position;
– Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
– Bilingualism;
– Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.

About the division
The Heavy Vehicle Parts Division caters mainly to the needs of the trucking and construction sectors, as well as the mining and forest industries. HVPD is the largest network in the country, with more than 100 Traction heavy vehicle parts stores, 3 TW distribution centres, over 100 TruckPro repair centres, and 3 Cadel specialized parts distribution centres from coast to coast.
