Our client is specializing in investment and wealth management and they are looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant for a temporary basis to support their fast growing operations team. The Operations Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and will be directly reporting to the Operations Manager. 1 – 2 years of office administration experience is required.

Our client is a wealth management and investment firm. they are specializing in delivering customized investment and financial solutions in accordance with your future plans. Our client is an experienced team of financial professionals who are dedicated to help their customers grow and protect their wealth.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is a temporary full time position for a 3 months period with a possibility of extension. Working hours will be 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. In office attendance is not required as you will be going to the office once or twice per week for physical filing. Our client’s office is located in beautiful downtown, Vancouver! All the equipment (laptop, cell phone etc.) will be provided by our client. They have a fun, fast paced and collaborative work environment and you will always feel their support.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

  • Maintaining multiple tracking worksheets
  • Assisting with compliance projects and/or other tasks as needed
  • Able to manage inbound and outbound mail including the distribution of correspondences
  • Providing assistance for electronic and/or physical filing of customer account documentation
  • Responding to and resolving administrative inquiries
  • Filing and organizing multiple documentations and new account forms
  • Preparing boxes of documentation records for shipment to off-site storage
  • Performing quality assurance of data processed by NBIN

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of office administrative experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask in a faced paced work environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented, outgoing and approachable
  • Tech savvy and self motivated

COMPENSATION:

  • $18 – $20/hour
  • Great team culture
  • Training will be provided
  • Possibility for extension
