Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Operations Business Analyst – D365 located at our Kitchener, ON plant. Reporting to the Director of ERP Solutions. This person will serve as the primary functional person implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, in an ETO manufacturing environment in the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and test operations-related solutions within D365 Finance & Operations
• Resolve end-user issues and perform ongoing configuration, end-user training, and documentation for new and existing capabilities in D365
• Work with business process owners to develop process flows and system improvements
• Provide an overall understanding of D365 concepts in the user community
• Listen to business needs and incorporate best practice into the design of processes
• Create system design, testing, and training documentation
• Understand and define functional requirements to interface with ISVs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with LCS
• Strong skills in Power BI and SQL
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized and the ability work independently
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in D365
• Ability to work independently when needed
• Communicate well in both written and verbal English
• Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role
• Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy

Education & Experience

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in supporting one or more functional areas of D365 or AX such as ECO, BOM, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics Experience with integrations and ISV solutions
• Experience implementing D365 is preferred
• Related training and certifications are a plus
