WE CAN’T DO THIS ALONE
We are currently searching for an Operations Coordinator to join us in our mission. This role ultimately ensures that our products get into people’s hands, managing the supply chain from manufacturing to shipping, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the smooth logistics of all our sales channels. In addition, this role is intimately involved in the maintenance of our e-commerce platforms – Ensuring a smooth buying journey for all our customers.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Working closely with the Director of Operations, this is a role suited for someone with an entrepreneurial drive seeking to quickly elevate their level of responsibility, and own all aspects of operations. The Operations Coordinator will be intimately involved with our supply chain, inventory, customer service, and data analytics.
Primary responsibilities:
Manage the implementation and integration of our ecommerce platform, following company processes, and ensuring an industry-leading customer experience
Work with our manufacturing partners to ensure fabrication of new and existing products are timely and up to specifications
Work with our third party logistic partners to maintain adequate inventory and smooth operation of customer order fulfillment
Manage data for different business functions
Secondary responsibilities:
Handle customer service queries and issues
Maintain company software and systems
Qualifications and experience:
2-3 years working in operations with an e-commerce company
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (i.e. Shopify)
Advanced knowledge of Google Suite (particularly Sheets)
Previous experience in a customer service or front-facing role
Ability to manage and find new relationships with company stakeholders
High level of organizational skills
Considered an asset:
Previous experience in product manufacturing
Previous experience or education in project management
Experience selling on Amazon

Location: Blonyx Head Office, 185 Forester St. North Vancouver, BC. Please note that at this time, we are taking all necessary steps to keep our employees safe – This includes the ability to work from home. Our plan is to resume working from the office once the situation improves.
Salary: $50,000/year plus benefits after the probationary period.
