We are looking for a supervisor to oversee the construction and support the maintenance of civil infrastructure, cable laying and installation of wireline access network elements.

• Be responsible for the achievement of planned results and action plans related to the activities of his/her team;
• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address operational challenges;
• Propose and ensure the implementation of guidelines, and monitor indicators;
• Oversee the construction of civil infrastructure and cable laying of the wireline access network;
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of the wireline access network elements;
• Assist the wireline network maintenance group in the event of cable breakage;
• Ensure the stability and integrity of the wireline networks through the implementation of operational guides and work procedures;
• Provide after-hours support as needed.

Does this sound like you?

• DEC in the field of telecommunications or a related discipline;
• Three (3) years of operational experience in telecommunications, or equivalent;
• After-hours availability for escalations requiring rapid resolution of service issues;
• Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:

• French: 4/4
• English: 4/4
