GR Baker Memorial Hospital is a 36 bed acute care facility. Services on-site include internal medicine, ENT, general surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, psychiatry and a community cancer clinic, a robust full service family physician provider group, and numerous visiting specialists including plastic surgery, orthopaedics, pediatrics, etc.

The population of Quesnel is approx.10,000 with another 13,000 residing in the surrounding area.
