YOUR ROLE

As a paralegal, you will collaborate with the labour law team in the preparation of files in the areas of occupational health and safety. Your responsibilities will include:

Research in the various registries ;
Organizing, analyzing, and compiling relevant medical and insurance information;
Make various requests to the CNESST;
Draft letters and legal documents to the CNESST;
Manage correspondence;
Document management and filing according to deadlines;
Perform opening, paper, and electronic filing, tracking and organization of files.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in OH&S;
Good level of bilingualism in English and French, spoken and written;
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
Flexibility and autonomy;
Rigour, collaborative spirit, and leadership.
