Duties & Responsibilities:
– Responsible for order fulfillment including the accurate and timely picking of merchandise for delivery
– Verifying parts orders to ensure they are correct before shipment
– Re-stocking shelves and moving parts; ability to frequently lift 40-50 Ibs
– Communicating missing stock and short shipment situations to Counter Person
– Verifying shipments received against shipping documents
– Assisting with other store operational functions as outlined by Store Manager
– Adhering to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials
Under the hood
Heavy duty parts supply background and /or knowledge
Functionally literate and capable of recognizing parts numbers
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail

About the division
The Heavy Vehicle Parts Division caters mainly to the needs of the trucking and construction sectors, as well as the mining and forest industries. HVPD is the largest network in the country, with more than 100 Traction heavy vehicle parts stores, 3 TW distribution centres, over 100 TruckPro repair centres, and 3 Cadel specialized parts distribution centres from coast to coast.
