Job description:

• Professionally respond to customer requests for all parts & service – including but not limited to; pricing, availability, service quotes, warranty claims and assist with parts ordering
• Prepare final invoices, purchase orders & process requisitions for supplies & equipment
• Assist with administration of supplier contracts, vendors & other representatives (including defective or unacceptable goods)
• Reconcile and approve weekly/monthly logistics and branch invoices
• Regular work order management, ensuring accuracy and full completion as per Liebherr policies
• Oversee stock handling, parts identification and cataloging parts and assemblies
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high as per audit guidelines
• Keep and support a clean and safe working environment with optimized space utilization in the warehouse
• Check and submit timely MMS/ Form reports to payroll
• Other duties as assigned

Competencies

• Completion of high school or equivalent working experience
• 1-2 years’ or greater experience in a warehouse and parts environment is required
• 1-2 years’ or greater purchase order processing
• Intermediate computer skills -MS Office, Baan & PowerBi System experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, experience utilizing coordination and administrative skills
• Payroll/ MMS input will be considered a strong asset
• Ability to lift/carry as per PDA and or operate scales, pump trucks and packaging equipment
