We are seeking a Pipefitter General Foreman on a permanent basis in Monchy, SK. This is a permanent position which comes with LOA, benefits, and a truck rate. This is on a 17 days on and 4 days off shift.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proven experience with leading crews and the overall management of projects
• Must be able to conduct on performance reviews and understand each competency on employees.
• Work with site superintendent with workface planning and working within the project budget and schedule project work.
• Create and sustain an efficient working environment by ensuring low production costs.
• Engage the team with providing coaching and mentoring with safety protocols.
• Work closely with site Foreman to ensure safe working procedures are being executed
• On occasion conduct regular inspections of work to check for inconsistencies and deviations from company-established quality standards.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Journeyman Certificate
• 3-5 years’ experience on an industrial or construction site.
• 3-5 years’ experience in supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience runnning/managing multiple projects of pipefitters and welders
• H2S alive ticket, CSTS, WHIMIS
• Demonstrated success in construction and project execution
• You are someone who leads by example by building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and internally resulting in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to read and understand complex instructions.
• Displays a safe and productive work ethic.
• Must have some administrative experience as there are responsibility of paperwork.
