Infosys is seeking a Principal – Enterprise Applications S4 Hana. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of work experience in total that includes technical or functional work on SAP, process consulting, stakeholder management, and project/program delivery
• Experience in S4/HANA implementations & global rollouts, ECC migrations into S4/HANA including both on-premise and cloud versions is required
• Broad program management experience – ability to navigate Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies, handled multi-country programs
• Ability to engage senior client executives, i.e., C-suite, and Line of Business Executives in one-on-one discussions
• Drive consensus between various Client stakeholders and teams to facilitate the conversion of the program’s Vision and Goals into a Program Charter and Deliverables.
• Identify partners and establish effective governance & communication mechanism with the CXO(s) and senior program leadership. Act as the single point of contact for the program’s client management
• Drive program level planning efforts, identifying and leading critical program level dependencies
• Bring together multiple solution components across our internal practices and service lines. Facilitate cross-project collaboration.
• Identify, analyze and resolve issues/risks/dependencies/assumptions that have the potential to jeopardize the ability to meet commitments and deliver on program charter
• Validate lifecycle methodology of various projects and ensure alignment and aggregation of key data to enable tracking and reporting
• Track, report, and take necessary corrective actions in the delivery of contractual commitments to Clients. Focus on value delivery and encourage improved business outcomes to achieve program goals and metrics.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
