About the Opportunity

The Project Manager – C3 Implementation is responsible to apply coordination and project management processes and on-the-ground logistics, space planning, etc. as technology for The Care Coordination Centre (C3) is rolled out. The incumbent oversees a dynamic multi-disciplinary team responsible for the implementation of the C3 project. The Project Manager will support C3 leadership in education, training and communications related to the roll out of GE tiles in the organization.

The Project Manager will be committed to a high standard of performance and will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, project oversight of resources and stakeholders; managing timelines and milestones; documenting outcomes; and, monitoring, summarizing, and communicating the progress of activities to the appropriate leadership team members. Additionally, this leadership position ensures that all activities within their area are supported by NSH mission, vision and values, and aligns with both the corporate strategic plan, and project specific annual operation plan.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years project management experience in a Health Care or Transformation Office setting
  • Project Management Professional certification an asset
  • Experience managing a wide range of complex projects and stakeholder teams, committees, etc
  • Strong interpersonal skills and consultation within a diverse range of stakeholder teams
  • Skilled in technical and contract writing and preparing and delivering presentations to senior management in client agencies, consultants, and third-party stakeholders
  • Budgeting and project estimating skills
  • Proven record of success working with staff, contractors, consultants, designers, and clients
  • Proven ability to apply quality management principles and processes
  • Ability to apply risk assessment and management principles and processes
  • Strong communication, planning, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Significant experience in use of Microsoft Office
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

  • Long Assignment, Full-time / 100% FTE / 75 Hours Bi-weekly
  • March 2024 to March 2025, Approximately 12 months

Compensation and Incentives

$38.78 – $48.48 Hourly
