THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
In this role, you will support and interface with our client performing full scope Project Management functions from the proposal stage through to project execution and close-out. This includes preparing proposals and executing projects in areas specific to Scheduling, Cost Management and Estimates, Budgeting, Reporting, Change Management, Development of Procedures and Risk Management Strategies. You will be responsible for reporting on budget and forecast, cash flow, incurred costs, and providing progress measurement and analysis.
This candidate will have the following aspects;
- 5+ years of full-cycle project management experience in Heavy Civil Construction
- A minimum of 3 years in estimating is an asset
- Experience with Water and Sewer is an asset
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and ensure work prioritization to achieve them Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with multiple levels of ownership
