Job description:

• Track and maintain project budgets, continuously pursue cost effective alternatives to improve financial performance in all areas. * Manage and motivate a high-performance team and set high standards for the quality of the projects delivered. * Planning, developing, coordinating and managing the overall budget and schedule for high rise development ensuring all required standards, codes and specifications are met. * Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors to ensure all project activities are completed on schedule and to the specifications required. * Coordinating all administrative aspects of the production department including managing trade partners workload, plan revisions, occupancy date changes, site changes.
