The tasks consist of:
– Ensuring completion of the full project cycle in line with the targeted objectives (timelines, budgets, quality and satisfaction).
– Identifying project needs and opportunities, assessing risks and impacts to proposed solutions and scoping change requests.
– Setting up overall and budgetary project planning to monitor the project.
– Building relationships with subcontractors to negotiate and award contracts.
– Monitoring compliance at all times and completing all progress.
– Maintaining active communication with the team to encourage achievement of common goals.
– Reporting and communicating with the committees and bodies involved.
– Participating in various drafts (proposal, tender, letter of agreement and contracts) in partnership with external suppliers.
– Mobilizing the site team to meet environmental and CNESST standards.
– Work with the administrative team on billing and payment tracking.
– Taking part in any other related tasks for the smooth running of the projects.

Requirements:
– 5 years and more of relevant construction industry experience (commercial, industrial and institutional).
– Bachelor’s degree or training in Engineering (DVS) or a similar field; all combined with significant experience in public projects.
– Fluent in French (spoken and written), English an asset.
– Knowledge of MS Office (MS Project, Outlook, Excel and Word) and AutoCAD (asset).
– Valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle for travel between the office and the job site.
– AHP training is a solid asset.

Salary: $115,000 to $125,000 per year.
Schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday.
