Regional Imaging Producer – Production General

About the Role:

You are an imaging producer skilled at defining brand personality for various formats. We have several radio stations that need your talent, your ear for what’s great, and your ability to bring creative teams together to make amazing imaging. Coincidence? Maybe. Interested? Please, read on. Q107 Toronto, 102.1 The Edge, Energy 95.3 and Y108 have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Imaging Producer. Reporting to the Toronto/Hamilton, Regional FM Program Director, the successful candidate’s key responsibility will be to produce award winning imaging for these exciting radio brands. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, eager to try new things, have a non-traditional vision for imaging, and have the ability to mentor our talented production team.

Responsibilities:

Produce effective radio imaging production including sound editing, voice training etc.

Develop and execute a creative strategy that gives each format a brand “personality”.

Effectively coach voice talent.

Collaborate with programming and writing teams for exceptional imaging campaigns.

Utilize people skills to relate with diverse creative talent.

Prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Collaborate effectively and work with various radio markets.

Required skills and qualifications:

Minimum 5 years station imaging experience, in various formats.

Proficient user of Pro Tools; familiarity with Mediatouch, Wide Orbit, Zetta.

Ability to multi-task and complete assignments under tight deadlines; accuracy and attention to detail are critical.

Ability to work unsupervised.
