Job description: JOEY Restaurants is looking for motivated restaurant professionals who are ready to join a powerful team of Restaurateurs. While these recent months have brought many unknowns to the hospitality industry, during this period, the JOEY Restaurant Group has been continuing to provide iconic hospitality to our guests through delivery, take-out business, and partial indoor and patio dining.

Our Team Interviewing for what we refer to as Guest Service Leaders:

As a Guest Service Team Member At JOEY

• It starts and ends with you. Determine the flow of people by playing a key role in pacing the seating of guests. Orchestrate timely turns and keep calm under pressure to make sure every guest leaves happy.
• This is a leadership entry role for individuals interested in progressing into management and leading the restaurant from the door.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years guest service experience (If you have the drive, and don’t have the experience, we still want to meet you!)
• You can lead others and have an interest in restaurant management.
• You are professional and attentive to guest needs.
• You can hold your own in a fast-paced, high-stress, team-based environment.
• You’re good at leaving a positive and unforgettable impression.
• Humility coupled with a good sense of humor.
